Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–10 business days. Standard delivery in Lagos is within 5 business days, while our standard delivery for orders outside Lagos is within 10 business days.
  • Cost: this is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Suitable for non-urgent orders.

Express Shipping:

  • Estimated Delivery: 1 – 4 business days. Next day delivery in Lagos is within 1-2 business days if order is placed before 9:00am of that day.
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Ideal for faster delivery.

Priority Shipping:

  • Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days. Same-day delivery for Lagos orders before 9:00 am of that day.
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • This is the fastest shipping option offered in our service.

International Shipping:

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on the destination).
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on both the destination and weight.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Free Shipping:

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over certain amounts.
  • This offer applies only to eligible regions/products.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays and customs processing.
  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 pm Nigeria (West Africa Standard Time Zone) may be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons  (such as holidays), delivery times may be longer than usual.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order’s progress by clicking on the tracking link in the email or by entering the tracking number on the carrier’s website (e.g., GUOGIGFedExUPSDHL).
  • You may also track your order on our website, by going to the “Track your order” page, and inputting your order number and email.

Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery failures.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed.

Delivery Issues:

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • If your package is marked as delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly, and then contact our customer service.
